Oscar Castellanos (aka Mr Antonio) is a teacher who leads you down a path of understanding, opening doors along the way and pointing you down new paths you never knew existed.

Oscar Castellanos is a professional dance teacher passionate about teaching his students “what matters most” on the social dance floor at a Ballroom and Latin or Street Latin event. His focus on lead and follow means you will quickly become highly sought after social dancer who will also be noticed for your technique and style. Oscar excels in creatively adapting his teaching methods to ensure the perfect learning experience for every student. He loves results, and holds nothing back to ensure his students progress as fast as possible by using the Elite Synergy Dance Method.


Growing up in Latin America in a little country called El Salvador, it is no surprise that Oscar’s dancing roots are in the Latin American styles; beginning his teaching and performing career in 2001 with two of Adelaide’s most well established Salsa dance schools: Latin Fever and Latino Grooves. Oscar then went on to achieve success teaching Ballroom and Latin styles at some of Adelaide’s largest studios including Arthur Murray’s, Gene Kelly’s and Dancecorp; meanwhile continuing to perform, both locally and interstate.


Oscar’s impressive teaching repertoire includes; Salsa (LA and Cuban), Bachata, Argentine Tango, Mambo, Samba, Merengue, Lambada, Waltz, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Rumba, Bolero, Cha Cha, Jive and East Coast Swing.


It’s hard to imagine someone with as much passion for dancing as Kelly. Having danced ballet, jazz and contemporary from childhood she made an easy progression into ballroom and latin as a young adult. Kelly has been employed as a full-time professional Instructor for 2 of Adelaide’s most well known social ballroom and latin schools in Adelaide, Brisbane and Europe, and has travelled regularly to teach interstate.

Known for her gentle nature, imaginative and emotive choreographies as well as her limitless patience, it is obvious she believes that everyone has a dancer inside of them just waiting to be nutured out. A dedicated and meticulous Instructor, Kelly is devoted to developing her skills and that of her students to succeed on the social dancefloor and to help them achieve their wildest dancing dreams.
